Order Policy

The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund before shipping only. The refund will be credited to the customer's bank account within a maximum period of 20 business days.


Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 3-5 working days.
  • Delivery to the Gulf countries within 5-10 working days.
  • Any delay in shipment delivery caused by the shipping company is outside Atmosphere's responsibility.
  • If the order is returned by the shipping company due to the customer's failure to respond, repeated delays, or entering an incorrect address, the customer will bear the full shipping costs.


Terms and Conditions of the Exchange and Return Policy

  • Exchange and return include all items (roasted coffee bags).
  • To benefit from the exchange or return services, you must bring the original invoice.
  • Exchanges or returns are possible within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition, packaged in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The customer can exchange or return the item through the Atmosphere store, and the customer bears the shipping costs to the service location.
  • The customer's receipt of the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment that the shipment (carton) is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened before receipt.
